Ready to start using Hyra for your Plant Hire management?

We sort it. Simple.

Get in touch to see how simple we can make it for you.

  • Can you provide clean, FM grade access equipment?
We certainly can supply clean equipment suitable for use indoors in high-end hotels or offices. We support facilities management and events clients who need clean equipment that does not look like it has come off a construction site. Let us know what you need and how you are using it.
  • Can you work with specified delivery and collection times?
Yes! Access equipment, more than any other category, can require deliveries and collections to be made to specified time slots. Just let us know what you need with as much notice as possible and we will support you.
  • Can I pick up a tower from a local depot if I'm in a hurry?
Yes. It is as simple as that! Let us know where you are and what time you can get there and we will ensure a tower is waiting for you at a local depot.
  • What is the largest boom you can provide?
Our supply chain network is diverse and enables us to source highly specialist equipment. Typically most powered boom lifts operate up to a height of 43m. There are, however, larger units in the UK. Please contact us to discuss.
  • Do you do long-term hire or lease?
Many of our customers hire on a long-term basis with us and find it an attractive alternative to CAPEX purchase. Tell us the type of machine you require and for what duration and we will give you a competitive quotation. Most machines hired on this basis are new or nearly new and come with industry-leading service support.
  • How much does it cost to hire access, towers & platforms with Hyra?
The cost of hiring a access, towers and platforms varies depending on a variety of factors including the specification, the rental period and seasonality. A lot of small businesses overpay for access solutions rental because they only have time to contact a limited number of plant hire providers. Hyra is plugged into a huge network of plant hire suppliers across the UK, which means we can shop around for the best possible price. What’s more we also have the buying power to get hire rates normally reserved for very large construction businesses.
  • What sectors do you support?
Typically our clients are in civil engineering, facilities management, events or construction. Construction sectors include: building, rail, highways, airports, marine, energy, water, and environmental infrastructure. We do not support private DIY enthusiasts or builders who trade as sole traders or partnerships.
